Our life’s journey is constantly changing…change is the only constant. Yoga in its many forms, teaches us acceptance and surrender, allowing for just a few more moments of softness and compassion as we move and breathe in this world.
Join me for an “all- levels” 1-hour yoga practice!
This class is slow-moving and mindful. If you already have a practice, you can up-level and work deeply. If you are newer to the practice, I break down the poses for you.
The intention is to ground, breathe and move together, finding more presence and connection during a time when many of us are feeling anxious and uncertain.
